Offices for Rent
In February, VCIH is moving to a bigger space with rooms to spare! We will be renting out 3 newly renovated offices at 252 Main St., Montpelier, for $300-400/month depending on size.
All utilities (except phone) are included. Renters can have a private phone line in their office if desired. All offices will need to allow for VCIH student clinic use for 8 hours each week (Mondays 1-5pm and Tuesdays 4-8pm). There will be a shared reception area, a nice bathroom and a kitchenette with tea, wireless internet, and a community of like-minded folks to share a building with! Sharing/splitting time in half is a possibility. For herbal practitioners, apothecary services are available. A security deposit (one month’s rent) is required. A six-month trial beginning February 1st will precede a full year lease. Contact VCIH for more information.
