The native peoples of Europe have a history of natural healing that is at the very least 40,000 years old. This talk presents the images of the ancient shamans from the Palaeolithic cave paintings and what we can gather from their relationship to the elements, animals, and stars. It is astounding how the same themes are found down to the present day in Europe, handed down through alchemy, humoral and astrological medicine, as well as traditional imagery, beliefs, and religion. Even more astounding are the parallels to other cultures and continents. A unique chance to discover your roots!

Julia Graves has studied massage, medicine, and cupping in the European tradition. She has trained as a Gestalt psychotherapist, worked for Findhorn Flower Essences, and served as a flower essence practitioner and essenceĀ  creator.
